Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Magnaleads (“we”, “our”, “us”), a lead magnet generation platform provided by Becate, Sociedad Anónima, a privately held company registered in Guatemala. By accessing or using our services, website, or software (collectively, the “Service”), you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.
If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service. By continuing to use the platform, you confirm your acceptance of these terms.
1. Definitions
- User: Any individual or entity using the Service.
- Customer: A User who has paid for a subscription.
- Content: Any text, images, data, or media generated through the platform.
- Platform: The software and infrastructure that powers Magnaleads.
2. Account & Access
To access certain features, you must register an account. You agree to provide accurate information and maintain the confidentiality of your credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. We are not responsible for any misuse of the platform under any circumstances.
3. Use of the Service
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for unlawful or harmful purposes.
- Reverse engineer, copy, or resell any part of the platform.
- Upload malicious code or abuse system resources.
- Generate malicious, harmful, false or deceitful content.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violations of this agreement.
4. Subscription and Billing
Our platform is offered on a subscription basis. All payments are securely processed through Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles all billing and invoicing.
You agree to be bound by Paddle’s Terms and Conditions and understand that Paddle may appear as the vendor on your payment statement.
5. Refund and Cancellation Policy
We use Paddle as our Merchant of Record. All payments are processed securely through Paddle, and Paddle is responsible for managing billing, tax compliance, and customer invoicing on our behalf. As such, refund and cancellation rights are subject to Paddle’s Buyer Terms.
a. Right to Cancel (EU/UK Consumers)
If you are a consumer based in the EU or UK, you have the right to cancel your purchase and receive a full refund within 14 days of the transaction date, provided that:
- You have not yet accessed, downloaded, or made use of the digital content or service.
- Your request is made within the cancellation period.

If your cancellation meets the conditions above, Paddle will process the refund using the original payment method within 14 days.
b. Exceptions to the Right to Cancel
You do not have the right to cancel if:
- You have already accessed, generated, downloaded or consumed the amount of credits provided by the corresponding subscription.
- You have used a feature of the product (e.g., creation of a lead magnet, form generation, or content download).
- You are beyond the 14-day window for initial purchase.
Once digital content delivery has started, your right to cancel is forfeited.
c. Refunds Outside the Cancellation Window
Beyond the 14-day statutory cancellation period, all refund requests are handled case-by-case and are subject to Paddle’s discretion. Refunds may be denied in cases of:
- Fraudulent or abusive behavior
- Generation of malicious, harmful, false or deceitful content
- Repeat refund requests for the same user
- Clear use of platform features indicating benefit was received
